Parcels for the family

Mummy got some unwanted wrapping papers, so gave it to my darlings to giftwrap some boxes.  See how much fun they had.

Mummy has only demonstrated once and left the rest for them to explore.  My Cutie was so creative to add the addressee and address. Also not forgetting the stamp.

The best part is to see both sisters working together and it was really sweet of the Jiejie to help her little sister.

All that mummy did, was just to capture these beautiful moments on camera.  Smile.

It's Bathtime

Caught my Sweetie bathing in the "bathtub" oneday (a box that mummy used for keeping all the balls). She got a "sponge" and "showerhead" too.
After that, my Cutie also joined in to bathe her little babies. The box of cereal and yoghurt bottle became her "sponge" and "soap". Haha... guess they really enjoy their bath time, from the way they imitate the scene in the bathroom.

Fun with boxes again

Gave my darlings a box to play again.

First, they placed all their balls inside the box. Next, both of them squeezed inside the box with their babies (the doggie and penguin). Then I overheard my Cutie telling her Meimei that they were in Gogobambini. Hee... they still can remember having a fun time with all the balls at Gogobambini and that was a year ago already (March 2008). See how happy they were.

Then at night, heard them singing their favourite "Goodnight" song and this is what mummy saw when I popped over.
Both of them were lying down with my Sweetie inside the box. The box had become a cradle and this "Mummy" was singing a lullaby for her "baby". So cute.

Fun at home

1) Fun with stickers

See my long fingernails.

See our "new" watches and rings.

2) Fun with boxes

These are actually boxes for things which mummy bought online. Gee... there's a small one for Elmo too.

3) Our self-made sunglasses

Do we look cool?

4) More crafts

Cupcakes using playdohs

Our family members made with egg shells and cotton wool.

5) Food is part of the fun too, hee...

Chocolate bears, yummy.

We are cooking a big "pot" of food to share with you too. (haha... with mummy's laundry basket and their toy golf clubs).

Boxes Day

Last week, we forgot to bring our shopping bag, so we got a box to put our groceries (fyi, boxes are readily available at the shopping centre in Korea for groceries).

After that, caught my Cutie sitting in the box which she told me it's her "spaceship".

Subsequently, my Sweetie also found her way into the same box which only has space for one. Then my Cutie went to hide under the blanket which henceforth becomes her "spaceship", then the box becomes "Meimei's spaceship".

Since then, Mummy often caught both of them hiding under the blanket (aka spaceship). Everyday, my Cutie will ask Mummy/Daddy to go inside her "spaceship" (ie. inside the blanket) and if there's a opening, she will call out to us to "close the door" (ie. the blanket). So cute, it's so amazing that they can derive so much joy from the box and the blanket.

Then we got some boxes home again and my Cutie put the boxes together to become her "submarine" (see picture on left).

When mummy stacked up the boxes together, my Cutie says it is her kitchen. Everyday without fail, she will ask me to put on her apron (just like Mummy) and she will be busy preparing and cooking in her "kitchen". When asked what she is cooking, she will say "she is cooking yakult". Haha... yakult doesn't need to be cooked, darling.

Since my babies are having so much fun with the boxes, mummy decides to put on her creative cap too. Mummy suddenly remembered the popular pretty hand-made "box" bags (ie. bags made from boxes) which she had donkey years ago. Yes, it is going to be added in her "To Do List in Korea". Gee... now mummy understands why boxes can be fun.

Here's my darlings with their "helmets"(pails) , haha... ready to blast off in their spaceship.
